Role Overview
As we scale from 50 to 500+ enterprise customers globally, we re looking for a Head of Business Development & Partnerships to lead our next growth phase. This leader will drive strategic alliances with consulting firms, SaaS players, and ecosystem partners to position SquadStack as the go-to Voice AI platform for enterprise transformation. You ll shape our GTM strategy and expand our global footprint, making SquadStack the trusted partner for enterprises looking to harness AI to supercharge growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Consulting Partnerships
- Build and own the consulting / SI partnership charter (BCG, Bain, PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, etc.).
- Develop joint solutions, certifications & co-sell motions with each partner.

Enterprise Growth & GTM Strategy
- Identify & prioritize high-value AI use cases across 6 8 industries.
- Craft custom demos, CXO narratives, and design-day workshops to unlock pilots.
- Influence commercial models / pricing for faster conversion and scale.

SaaS & Tech Ecosystem Partnerships
- SME Aggregators: Partner with aggregators (e.g. Shiprocket, regional BPOs, CX SaaS resellers, telco service providers) for volume expansion.
- Drive integrations and GTM alliances with ecosystem players (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, FinBox, others)
- Unlock category-level adoption through joint campaigns & platform embedding

Lighthouse Wins & Case Studies
- Target lighthouse accounts across industries.
- Convert pilots scaled rollouts with measurable ROI.
- Build flagship CXO-endorsed case studies as replicable playbooks.

Geo Channel Partners
- Drive geo-GTM initiatives in priority markets (US AWS & DC Advisory intro in progress; Middle East channel lead active)
Requirements

Experience:
10+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales, with a focus on enterprise AI, SaaS, or technology-driven companies. -
Strategic Mindset:
Proven track record of executing successful GTM strategies and building high-value partnerships. -
Leadership:
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and engaging with C-suite executives. -
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence CXOs. -
Global Market Experience:
Familiarity with geo-specific GTM strategies, particularly in the US and MENA regions. (Good to Have)
