Influencer Partnerships & Business Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Influencer Partnerships

• Identify, connect, and build relationships with relevant influencers across platforms.
• Negotiate collaborations and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
• Track performance and ROI of influencer-led initiatives.

• Business Acquisition & Investors acquisition

• Identify and acquire new clients/partners for Hesper Wealth.
• Drive B2B opportunities and strategic collaborations.
• Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.

• Market Insights & Strategy

• Stay updated with influencer trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen Hesper Wealth’s brand visibility and revenue.

What we look for:

• 7–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation & networking skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns & clients simultaneously
• Proven track record in client acquisition or influencer tie-ups
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Immediate joiners preferred
