Job Title: Head of Business Development & Channel Partnerships

About the Role

Senior B2B Sales & Partner Manager

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales

  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and consultative selling to deal closure and post-sale account expansion.
  • Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders across Fortune 1000 and large enterprises.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target industries (Software companies doing Automation Practice , BPO companies, System Integrators, Resellers closely working with IT Industries).
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to shape automation-led value propositions.

Strategic Partner Hunting & Onboarding

  • Identify and recruit technology partners, system integrators (SIs), VARs, and consulting firms in the automation space.
  • Establish GTM frameworks, partner enablement plans, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Build joint value propositions, solution bundles, and partner-driven pipeline strategies.

Partner Relationship & Revenue Management

  • Own ongoing partner performance, including sales pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue contribution.
  • Conduct QBRs, joint business planning, and ensure high partner satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop a scalable partner management process with documentation, onboarding, and certification workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years

    of experience in B2B enterprise sales and channel/partner management, with

    minimum 3–5 years in Hyperautomation / AI / RPA / IDP / Low-code SaaS products

    .
  • Proven success in closing high-value SaaS deals ($100k+ ARR) and building enterprise relationships.
  • Deep understanding of intelligent automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or equivalent).
  • Strong partner ecosystem development experience (global and regional).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and C-level stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), sales enablement, and channel management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in or selling to digital transformation, operations, IT automation, or process excellence teams.
  • Understanding of SaaS pricing, consumption models, and multi-tenant cloud solutions.
  • Global exposure to enterprise markets (US, Europe, Middle East, or APAC regions)
  • MBA or equivalent business/technology degree is a plus.
