Head of Business Development

Acharyapuram Agri Business Management School (ABMS), Greater Noida, is seeking a dynamic "Business Development Head" to lead our next phase of institutional growth.

With a warm market response and admiration from peers for our PG-Agro Industry-Oriented Certificate Programme (PG-AIoCP), ABMS is preparing for a significant expansion, including the establishment of a new regional office in South India.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Head. The Business Development Head will be responsible for expansion to new territories, creating and implementing business development strategies, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role will involve leading the business development team, conducting market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing business processes. The individual will also work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize organizational success.

• Strong skills in Business Planning and Business Development
• Strategic Planning
• Proficient in Sales and Account Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with relevant experience
