Hiring for a Brand Lead

Location: Pune

Must be a Tier 1 B-School PG/MBA in Marketing/Strategy/Marcom

Offer CTC range: INR 50 to 70 LPA

We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Lead with 12 to 15 years of experience to drive brand strategy, positioning, and growth in a highly competitive market.

What you’ll do:

Lead end-to-end brand strategy, positioning, and communication.

Drive integrated campaigns that strengthen customer engagement & market presence.

Build and protect brand equity while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Partner with sales, product, and digital teams to fuel business growth.

Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor moves.

What we’re looking for:

Auto/FMCD/FMEG

Proven track record in building strong brands in fast-paced, consumer-driven industries.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and creative problem-solving skills.
