Who We're Looking For We are looking for driven and intellectually curious professionals with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or executive search. This role is best suited for individuals who have a foundational understanding of recruitment lifecycles, are adept at advanced sourcing strategies, and are proficient in using talent intelligence tools like Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end executive search mandates across verticals such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Automotive, Consumer Goods, and Chemicals. Conduct strategic talent mapping, headhunting, and industry benchmarking for leadership roles (VP/CXO/Director level). Leverage advanced sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, Google Boolean Search, and proprietary databases to build targeted talent pipelines. Work closely with Senior Consultants and Partners to understand client mandates, role complexities, and market nuances. Perform detailed resume analysis, pre-screening, and fitment assessments aligned to the client’s organizational culture and role expectations. Prepare market intelligence reports, org charts, and talent insights to guide executive hiring strategies. Maintain internal systems and trackers with precision, ensuring data integrity and real-time availability of candidate information. Ensure process compliance, candidate confidentiality, and stakeholder alignment throughout the hiring lifecycle. Education & Experience Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition. Demonstrated expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Recruiter for leadership sourcing. Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver within defined SLAs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-facing orientation. Strong analytical mindset with comfort in dealing with data, research reports, and Excel-based tools.
