Head of Brand

As the Head of Brand at Cult.fit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand strategy to enhance the experience and engagement of millions of users with the Cult.fit brand, both online and offline. You will lead a diverse team of over 15 members across various functions including Social Media, Community & Events, Brand, and PR, collaborating closely with stakeholders from Product, Growth, Design, and Business departments. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and evolving the brand strategy, positioning, and playbooks for Cult.fit's offerings. You will be responsible for driving comprehensive brand campaigns across digital, ATL, on-ground, and owned channels. Additionally, you will lead efforts in earned media strategy encompassing social media, PR, influencers, and community events. In this high-ownership role, you will mentor the internal brand team and manage creative, media, and PR agency partners. Your expertise in brand building will be crucial in creating brand systems, toolkits, and scalable execution models for new offerings and city-level activations. You will work closely with business, product, and growth leaders to align brand priorities with the company's overall strategy. To excel in this role, you should have at least 13 years of experience in brand marketing or strategy roles, with prior experience in leading brands with an online and offline presence. A strong background in consumer lifestyle categories such as D2C, fitness, wellness, FMCG, hospitality, or consumer tech is essential. Your proven track record in managing large brand/creative teams and your ability to lead cross-functional teams will be key to your success. We are seeking a strategic thinker with excellent storytelling, positioning, and execution capabilities. A personal interest in fitness, health, or wellness is a must-have for this role. You will be responsible for defining, measuring, and reporting on KPIs such as awareness, preference, sentiment, and NPS to track the brand's health and performance.,
