Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Academics at ARCH College of Design & Business, located in Jaipur. The Head of Academics will oversee the academic programs, ensure the quality of curriculum delivery, manage faculty members, and drive academic excellence. The role involves coordinating with various departments, developing academic policies, ensuring accreditation standards are met, and fostering a conducive environment for learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills in the academic environment
• Experience in curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and education quality assurance as per NAAC criteria & global benchmarking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with command over English & Hindi

• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow faculty, staff, and students
• Understanding of accreditation processes and compliance with academic standards
• Experience in Education, Design, or related field
• Previous experience in a senior academic position is highly desirable
