Academic Program Management ● Define and lead the academic vision and goals of the institution. ● Oversee the design, review, and enhancement of academic programs. ● Collaborate with faculty and department heads to keep curricula aligned with industry trends and pedagogical innovation. ● Monitor learning outcomes and initiate the development of new programs where relevant. 2. Faculty Recruitment and Development ● Lead the recruitment of diverse, highly qualified faculty members. ● Design and implement structured faculty development programs. ● Conduct regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster continuous improvement. ● Ensure systematic department meetings and incorporation of student feedback in academic decisions. 3. Qualifications & Skills: A strong professional background in design or the creative industries (e.g., branding, advertising, digital product, motion design, game art, visual communication, etc.). 8–10 years of experience in creative leadership, studio management, team leadership, or design-driven education. Excellent communication and public-speaking abilities; comfortable representing the institution externally. Experience mentoring creatives, directing teams, or shaping creative workflows. Understanding of curriculum building or a willingness to learn academic structures with support from the leadership team.
