Admissions Counselor/ Telecounselors

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students.

2. Counsel students on ARCH programs, eligibility, admission processes, scholarships, Entrance Exam, and career pathways in design.

3. Drive the conversion funnel from inquiry → application → exam → interview → admission.

4. Follow up rigorously to ensure timely form filling, document submission, exam scheduling, and fee payment.

Maintain high conversion rates through personalised counselling.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline (education or design background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, tele-sales, customer service, or admissions (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Excellent spoken & written communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion, listening skills, and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proactive follow-up and problem-solving attitude.
