• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project requirements
• Lead end-to-end design coordination, value engineering & value addition of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing with consultants and clients
• Identify and prequalify MEP vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and negotiate contracts
• Optimize costs while ensuring quality and compliance
• Coordinate procurement schedules to align with project milestones
• Ensure compliance with local/international procurement standards and EPC contractual obligations
• Strong understanding of HVAC, firefighting systems, electrical systems, pumps, piping, etc
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, project procurement procedures, and international sourcing
• Manage procurement risks
• Ensure compliance with local/international procurement standards and EPC contractual obligations
• Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and cross-discipline coordination
