Job Description

As the Head of Marketing at SVKMs NMIMS Centre for Distance and Online Education (NCDOE) in Mumbai, you will be instrumental in enhancing brand recognition, generating leads, and driving sales growth through impactful marketing campaigns. Your strategic leadership will involve overseeing a team of marketing professionals to align marketing initiatives with NCDOE's broader business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, defining target audiences, managing budgets, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless communication. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with NCDOE's business goals. - Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape. - Define target audiences and direct marketing efforts efficiently. - Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. - Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. - Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing collateral. - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, and media outlets. - Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals. - Long-term planning and vision setting in alignment with the organization's vision. - Represent NCDOE at industry events and media opportunities as a thought leader.
