Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy aligned with hospital objectives and patient care goals
• Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of clinical and non-clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare labour and statutory regulations
• Manage NABH and audit documentation for HR and staffing
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, and culture initiatives that enhance staff engagement
• Partner closely with senior management, nursing heads, and department leads
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance redressal

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree

  in HR, Business, or related field

• 10–15 years of HR experience

  , with at least

  5+ years in hospital or healthcare HR leadership

• Strong knowledge of

  labour laws, hospital compliance, and accreditation standards (NABH, JCI)

• Proven success in leading HR teams and driving people strategy in healthcare environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
