Doctor Referral and Territory (DRT) Marketing Executives

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about healthcare marketing, doctor engagement, and driving patient footfall through strong relationship-building and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral networks.
• Promote hospital specialities, services, and facilities to the referral base.
• Organise and participate in CMEs, medical camps, and outreach initiatives.
• Collect and share feedback from referral doctors with hospital management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets.
• Maintain detailed reporting of daily visits, calls, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any graduate (MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred).
• 13 years of experience in doctor referral marketing within a hospital/healthcare setup.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
