The People Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and creating job descriptions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations, supporting recruitment processes, and addressing employee concerns efficiently.
