Responsibilities:

  • Build a positive work environment, lead conflict resolution, and handle employee concerns.
  • Develop performance measurement processes, lead performance reviews, and enhance review systems
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and handle any legal HR issues that arise.
  • Oversee Compensation of employees salaries, benefits, and incentives.
  • Track key HR statistics, create reports, and share findings with senior management.
  • Updated with Industry best practices in HR and able to implement process improvements.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition team to ensure onboardings with in house team and other hiring Partners. Mentor and coach the HR Team
  • Promote a positive company culture and organize employee engagement activities.
  • Strategic Leadership
  • - Drive HR integration and synergies across all functions
  • - Establish employer branding strategies
  • - Organizational culture and development
  • - Implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • - Design leadership development frameworks.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 9+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
