About Shrimad Rajchandra Love & Care (SRLC):

Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, visionary, and strategic Head of Human Resources (HR) to strengthen SRLCs organizational fabric and people strategy. This role is central to fostering a culture of service, collaboration, and trust across the trusts while aligning HR practices with SRLCs mission. The HR Head will play a pivotal role in guiding organizational growth, enabling synergy between diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the well-being and development of SRLCs people.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Strategy & HR Leadership:

  • Drive SRLCs HR vision in alignment with its mission of compassion and service.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify organizational needs and craft strategies to strengthen teams and processes.
  • Support leadership in shaping policies and frameworks for long-term sustainability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Synergy:

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with trustees, program leads, and service teams across SRLC.
  • Identify synergies across initiatives to foster collaboration and collective impact.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and staff, ensuring open dialogue and alignment.

People Development & Care

  • Meet regularly with service team members to understand challenges, aspirations, and growth opportunities.
  • Design and implement talent development programs, mentorship, and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Foster a workplace culture that embodies compassion, inclusivity, and excellence.

External Relations & Vendor Partnerships:

  • Manage partnerships with recruitment agencies, training providers, and other HR vendors.
  • Ensure effective and values-aligned relationships with external stakeholders to support organizational goals.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Develop and strengthen HR systems, policies, and processes in line with best practices and legal frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, NGO sector regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Support leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and ethical practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in the NGO, social impact, or mission-driven sector strongly preferred.
  • Strong track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Gujarati proficiency desirable.
