Guest Relations Manager

Position: Visitors & Guest Management

Location: Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram, Dharampur, Valsad, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to assist with visitor engagement and coordination activities at the ashram. The role involves managing group and individual tours, coordinating official visits, and ensuring smooth operations during special events and saint visits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct guided tours for ashram visitors, including groups, stay guests, and special delegations.

2. Assist with visitor management and crowd coordination during peak times and events.

3. Oversee arrangements for government and VIP visits including accommodation setup, hospitality, and coordination with various departments.

4. Ensure that all guests experience a welcoming and organized environment that reflects the ashram’s values and culture.

Requirements:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Organizational ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.

3. Respectful and disciplined demeanor appropriate for ashram culture.

4. Flexibility to work during events and special occasions.

5. Male candidates preferred (due to the nature of guest interactions and accommodation arrangements).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Hospitality, Event management, or religious/ashram environments.
• Knowledge of Swaminarayan traditions and values will be an added advantage.
