Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations. HRIS & Analytics: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems. Utilize HR data and analytics to track key HR metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management. Budget Management: Manage the HR budget effectively and ensure cost-effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the HR team. Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR matters. Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors. Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
