Bachelors degree / Post graduate in Human Resources from a Tier 1 & 2 colleges 10+ years of experience of driving HRBP operations with growth stage organization ( product B2B) 5+ years of India HR statutory compliance experience Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and competing tasks with attention to detail Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in HR metrics, systems, and a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective company-wide engagement Must be from the software industry and preferably from a product based company and have handled a base of 100 employees or more
