Key Responsibilities Performance Strategy Develop and implement performance management strategies to align with business goals. System Management Oversee the performance management system in coordination with HR, ensuring it is effective and up-to-date. Employee Evaluation Define the performance appraisal process, including setting performance metrics and evaluating employee performance. Goal and Value Sheet Creation Develop and maintain goal sheets and value sheets to track and assess employee performance against set objectives for all Sales across hierarchy and business segment. Data Analysis Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration Work with senior management and other departments to ensure performance management aligns with organizational objectives. Key skills required Analytical Skills Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends. Communication Excellent communication skills to convey performance insights and feedback.
