The objective of hiring HR Head is to monitor budgets, apply company policies, introducing Training and Development programs and manage the entire HR gamut leading to growth of the organization as a whole. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in senior roles and good knowledge of the Human Resources Management system.
