Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all HR generalist functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and statutory compliance.
Handle all aspects of
Industrial Relations
union negotiations, grievance redressal, dispute resolution, and labour law compliance.
Develop HR strategies aligned with plant operations and business goals.
Build strong relationships with employees, unions, and management to maintain a positive work environment.
Drive workforce planning, talent retention, and succession planning.
Monitor HR metrics and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements.

Requirements:

18+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership exposure in a
manufacturing/plant environment
.
Proven track record in Industrial Relations and labour law compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Postgraduate qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, or related discipline preferred.
