Job Description

Role & responsibilities


1. Vendor Management and Issuances of Work Orders

2. Stock and Dispatch Management

3. Plan, Strategize, Co-ordinate, Manage & Facilitate various Events as organized by Head Office

4. Managing Secretariat Work at HO, including preparing Notes on Agenda and writing minutes of various Committee meetings ; Issuance of Letters to Stakeholders , as and when required

5. Communicate with Members & Stakeholders on regular basis

6. Facility & Logistics Management

7. Regulatory Compliances

8. Website Related co-ordination with the Developer if required

9. Promotion & Branding related Assistance

10. IT / VC Support to be provided for conduct of Meetings, as and when required

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum Graduate with 8-10 years exp. in HR/General Administration / Operations

  • Excellent Oratory and Written Communication Skills

  • Independently can draft letters , write minutes and compose policy docs

  • Experience in Compliance Management shall be preferred
  • Advanced IT Support and Website related Knowledge is desired for
  • Able to handle any situations independently and Ability to take correct logical decisions
