Job Description

Head (Finance & Accounts) - (CA/CMA preferred)

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Salary range: 5 - 7 lakhs per annum CTC

Location: Nashik

The candidate has to lead the finance and accounts function, and will work directly with the Director of the company
Ensure timely compliances for all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
Ensure timely completion of monthly entries and reconciliation with bank statements
Preparation of MIS in MS Excel, with advanced Excel functions/formulae
Ledger Scrutiny of all the company accounts
To check the workings of taxes, for their completeness and items and exceptions
Preparation of Financials (Balance Sheet, P&L, cash flow, etc.)
Assist external company auditor with annual/quarterly filings
To keep abreast with the latest changes in GST, IT, and other allied laws and ensure compliance
To carry out any other projects as assigned by the management from time to time

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Preference is for qualified C.A. candidates (Candidates who have appeared for CA Final and with relevant work experience will also be considered)
Relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting aspects
Must have advanced MS Excel knowledge (Vlookup, Pivot table, etc.)
1 to 3 years of experience preferred
Experience with online marketplaces would be a plus
Must have sound knowledge of Tally
Should have good knowledge and experience in accounting entries, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, finalization of books of accounts, preparing Balance Sheet/P&L
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as lead a team

Role:

Qualified CA preferred
Candidates who have appeared for CA Final and with relevant work experience will also be considered
