Our team is passionate, driven, and committed to excellence. We are currently seeking a talented Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our digital marketing goals.

Job Summary:

The Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PPC strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive successful campaigns that maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
  • Write compelling and creative ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are current and effective.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Manage and allocate PPC budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certification is a plus.
