Overview The B2C Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our B2C segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2C sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2C sales strategy to achieve business objectives. Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Team Management and Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction through personalized sales approaches. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Implement and optimize sales tools, CRM systems, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. Manager Pre & Post Sales Service Market and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and marketing campaigns. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demands. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Track sales expenses and ensure cost-effective sales operations. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Ability to travel as needed.
