Head- Exports

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the global expansion efforts of a leading food multinational in developed markets as the Head of Exports. Based in Delhi NCR, you will be tasked with building and scaling sales in markets such as USA, Europe, and beyond. This includes setting up direct distribution channels across various platforms such as GT, MT, Ethnic, and Online channels. You will oversee and lead high-performance teams within a flat organizational structure, focusing on distributor management, new market entries, and driving revenue growth. To excel in this role, you should possess 15-20 years of experience in global FMCG-Food sales and distribution leadership. A sharp commercial acumen and a strong focus on execution are essential. We are looking for someone with a passion for developing sales systems from the ground up and who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity and fast-paced growth phases.
