Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Implementation.This role requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification and a proven track record of 10 to 15 years of experience in the field.

Key Leadership

  • Lead the implementation of ERP solutions for the manufacturing industries.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely and successful deployment of ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.

Functional Expertise

  • Provide expert guidance on hotel-specific terminology, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure ERP solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of the hospitality industry.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance ERP offerings.

Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.

Project Management

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks.
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and guide a team of implementation specialists and consultants.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for team development.

Technical Proficiency

  • Utilize advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Excel to support implementation and reporting needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within ERP systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in the hotels or hospitality industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel terminology, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation and project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
