Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Marketplace Marketing (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.):
  2. End-to-end ownership of marketplace strategy, execution, and performance.
  3. Manage brand listing, pricing, catalogue optimisation, campaigns, offers, and ad spends.
  4. Execute marketing activities like in-platform ads (AMS, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
  5. Analyze data to improve conversion rates, visibility, and ranking.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with platform category managers for growth opportunities.
  7. Quick Commerce Marketing (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.):
  8. Ensure brand presence through strategic onboarding and listing.
  9. Plan and implement category-wise campaigns, platform ads, and offers.
  10. Drive product visibility, keyword optimisation, and product delivery experience.
  11. Website / Store Marketing (D2C/E-commerce Website):
  12. Plan and execute full-funnel marketing strategies via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting tools.
  13. Oversee product uploads, content updates, and promotional banners.
  14. Calculate and optimise Return on Spend (ROS) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  15. Drive direct-to-consumer growth via email, CRM, and influencer campaigns.
  16. Leadership & Team Management:
  17. Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional e-commerce and sales team.
  18. Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Performance, Sales) for brand success.
  19. Sales & Client Success:
  20. Lead sales strategy to acquire new clients and retain existing accounts.
  21. Work closely with clients to ensure their growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  22. Deliver strong sales KPIs and execution excellence.
  23. Pitching to new clients, showcasing capability and performance strength.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Proven experience in e-commerce marketing across multiple platforms.
  2. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growth-driven environment.
  4. Deep understanding of platform algorithms, performance marketing, and e-commerce metrics.
  5. Strong grasp of marketplace dynamics, performance ads, and sales strategies.
