Provide strategic leadership and develop advanced industrial engineering and process planning initiatives for global electronics manufacturing operations.
Drive and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies within a complex manufacturing environment.
Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies—including IoT, automation, data analytics, and AI—to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
Champion manufacturing excellence by deploying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and relentless improvement across multidisciplinary teams.
Lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams dedicated to digitalization and operational excellence.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred), significant experience in digital transformation, strong understanding of manufacturing best practices, and demonstrated technological expertise.
Key competencies: Proven leadership, superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication abilities.
