Job Description

The Digital Marketing Head will oversee the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns to promote the companys products and services. This role demands a strategic mindset with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, emerging trends, and technologies. Leading a team of marketing professionals, the Digital Marketing Head will drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:

    Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Campaign Management

    : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Budget Management:

    Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Innovation

    : Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Pre-Requisites:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • A proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Meta, Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.
  • Programmatic advertising experience.
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
  • Passionate about maintaining high standards of professionalism.
