As a Digital Media Head at GladOwl, a leading Digital Marketing Agency in Pune, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing all facets of digital marketing strategies and their execution for our esteemed clients. Your primary role will involve leading a team of digital marketing professionals, devising and implementing cutting-edge digital media campaigns, and ensuring that our clients" brands attain maximum visibility and engagement across various digital platforms. Your key responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, and keeping abreast of industry trends to propel growth and success for our agency and its clients. Your duties as a Digital Media Head will encompass: **Strategy Development:** Designing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and yield measurable outcomes. Identifying target audiences and selecting the most effective digital channels to reach them. Overseeing content strategy encompassing social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, and other digital campaigns. **Campaign Management:** Leading the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, furnishing insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborating with creative teams to generate high-quality content resonating with the target audience. **Team Leadership:** Managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals, nurturing a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere. Setting clear goals and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and performance assessments. Identifying training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge. **Client Management:** Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, cultivating and preserving robust relationships. Presenting campaign strategies, reports, and insights to clients, ensuring the realization or surpassing of their objectives. Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital services to existing clients. **Industry Trends & Innovation:** Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Experimenting with new strategies and platforms to position the agency at the vanguard of the industry. Leading initiatives to introduce innovative digital marketing solutions driving client success. **Budget Management:** Developing and overseeing the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation. Monitoring campaign spending and ROI, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize efficiency. **Requirements:** **Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Possessing a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) is advantageous. - Experience: Holding 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in managing effective digital campaigns and fostering substantial online engagement and growth. - Skills: Proficiency in all digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Social Media, Content marketing, etc. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools). Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities. Possessing an analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
