Job Description

Role Overview: As the Head of Data Lake (AI & RPA) at Larsen & Toubro Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development, implementation, and management of the Data Lake (Artificial Intelligence) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a robust, scalable data architecture and intelligent automation solutions to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. Your focus will be on execution excellence, strong governance, ROI measurement, vendor management, and business alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development, implementation, and management of Data Lake (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities. - Ensure robust and scalable data architecture and intelligent automation solutions. - Drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. - Focus on execution excellence, strong governance, ROI measurement, vendor management, and business alignment. Qualifications Required: - Engineering graduate - Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, AI, and RPA - Experience with data governance frameworks and ethical AI practices - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Additional Details: Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) is a leading Indian multinational conglomerate with operations in engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology, IT, and financial services.
