Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the Data Lake (Artificial Intelligence) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities at Larsen & Toubro. Your role will involve ensuring robust and scalable data architecture, as well as intelligent automation solutions to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. It is essential to focus on execution excellence, strong governance, ROI measurement, vendor management, and business alignment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expertise in data platforms, cloud architectures, lake house/data lake design, and integration of large-scale ERP systems. - Leadership in AI/ML use case development, NLP, generative AI, and intelligent document processing. - Understanding of RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc. - Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and ROI governance. - Stakeholder management and communication skills to influence C-Suite and business leaders. - Project and program management with a focus on delivery excellence. - Knowledge of Data Lake platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Hadoop), AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). - Hands-on experience in large-scale data engineering, model development, and automation solutions. - Track record in large-scale digital transformation initiatives in complex multi-business organizations, preferably in EPC/Engineering/Manufacturing. - Problem-solving, analytical, operational excellence, and people management capabilities. **Qualifications Required:** - Engineering graduate - Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, AI, and RPA. - Experience with data governance frameworks and ethical AI practices. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.,
