🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    fundraising & corporate finance

    activities including equity, debt, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee

    financial planning, analysis, and forecasting

    to support business decision-making.
  • Manage

    treasury & investment portfolios

    to maximize returns.
  • Support

    M&A and strategic investment opportunities

    through valuation and due diligence.
  • Ensure

    risk management, governance, and compliance

    with all financial regulations.
  • Prepare

    high-quality stakeholder reports and board presentations

Salary Range: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
