Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

We’re looking for a creative, organized, Continental Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring our food philosophy to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Develop seasonal menus featuring healthy, balanced, and innovative dishes.
• Supervise, train, and inspire kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships, minimizing waste and maximizing freshness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Collaborate with management on menu planning, specials, and events.
• Control food and labor costs while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a café, restaurant, or health food establishment.
• Strong knowledge of Continental Food , Nutrition, Dietary Trends (Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-Free, etc.), and healthy cooking techniques & Continental Food
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
