✔ Plan and present dishes from the specified regional cuisines.
✔ Supervise and train kitchen staff at both locations.
✔ Maintain inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.

✔ Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in North Indian cuisines.
