We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mediterranean Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine, fresh ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques from regions such as Greece, Italy, Spain, Turkey, and the Levant. You will be responsible for creating authentic, high-quality dishes that reflect the flavors, culture, and simplicity of Mediterranean cooking. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present authentic Mediterranean dishes to a high standard Design and update menus using seasonal, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes Manage food preparation, portion control, and kitchen organization Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation (HACCP) Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and assist with food cost control Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed Collaborate with management on special menus, events, and promotions Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience as a Mediterranean Chef or similar role Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisines (Greek, Italian, Spanish, Middle Eastern, etc.) Expertise in grilling, seafood preparation, mezze, pasta, sauces, and olive-oil-based cooking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and creativity in plating Excellent time management and teamwork skills Culinary degree or professional training preferred (but not required with strong experience) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,851.60 - ₹35,638.00 per month Work Location: In person
