We are a boutique hotel located at the historic and scenic Fort Panhala, offering guests a blend of heritage charm, comfort, and curated experiences. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design menus that highlight both local and multi-cuisine offerings.
• Supervise and manage all kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with management for special events, banquets, and guest preferences.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, and regional cuisines (experience with Maharashtrian cuisine is an added advantage).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Creativity in menu planning and food presentation.
• Strong understanding of cost control and kitchen management.
• Culinary degree or diploma preferred.
