Your responsibilities will include: - Creating a fresh, innovative multi-cuisine menu that excites foodies and social diners alike. - Hiring and leading a new kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. - Delivering dishes that are beautifully plated and flavor-packed to delight our guests. - Collaborating with our bar team on food & cocktail pairings for a complete dining experience. - Managing kitchen operations, costs, and quality with precision to uphold our standards. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with: - Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in fine/casual premium dining. - A strong background in multi-cuisine menus including Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, Indian, or fusion cuisines. - Leadership skills to build, inspire, and retain talent within the kitchen team. - Creativity, trend-savviness, and a passion for enhancing the guest experience.
