The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures. Key daily tasks will include monitoring and inspecting processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying and addressing quality issues, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and ensure continuous improvement of processes. Qualifications Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices Experience with quality audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in identifying and addressing quality issues and implementing corrective actions Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to lead, manage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
