Rustic House offers a setting and flavor for every mood, making it a culinary landmark in Roorkee. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Uttarakhand, India. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, developing menus, ensuring food quality and presentation, and managing kitchen staff. The Head Chef will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the management team to enhance the dining experience. Qualifications Culinary Skills: Expertise in multi-cuisine cooking, including Indian, Tandoori, Italian, Lebanese, and Oriental cuisines Management Skills: Experience in overseeing kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining inventory Quality Control: Ensuring food quality and presentation, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Creative Skills: Developing innovative menus and creating unique dishes Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a multi-cuisine restaurant Education: Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
