Eligibility & Requirements

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    5+ years

    in corporate / industrial / institutional canteen operations
  • Qualification:

    Degree in Hotel Management

  • Strong leadership and

    canteen manpower handling

    skills
  • Knowledge of

    menu planning, food costing, and budgeting

  • Experience in

    stores, groceries, and inventory management

  • Capability to implement

    new vessels, kitchen equipment, and canteen facilities

  • Good understanding of

    food safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance

  • Effective coordination and communication skills
  • Job Location - Tirupur


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations of

    Corporate Office and 3 Division canteens

  • Plan nutritious and cost-effective

    menus

  • Control

    food cost, wastage, and expenses

  • Handle

    canteen manpower

    , duty rosters, and discipline
  • Oversee

    stores, groceries, and inventory

  • Implement and upgrade

    canteen infrastructure and kitchen facilities

  • Ensure

    hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

  • Coordinate with

    Admin / HR / Management


Salary

₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month
