Job Description You will be joining Iticoo, a cloud kitchen in Kochi, known for its fresh, tasty, and affordable meal boxes targeting Gen Z and millennials. Your role as an Assistant Chef will involve preparing ingredients, cooking meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting the head chef in daily operations. Your responsibilities will also include conducting quality checks, managing inventory, and ensuring timely food preparation and delivery. Key Responsibilities - Prepare ingredients and cook meals under the guidance of the head chef - Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to safety standards - Assist in conducting quality checks to ensure consistency - Manage inventory and order supplies as required - Work collaboratively with the team to achieve kitchen goals - Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and perform well under pressure Qualifications - Experience in food preparation, cooking, and knowledge of various cuisines - Ability to uphold kitchen hygiene and safety standards - Proficiency in inventory management and supply ordering - Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities - Previous experience in a similar role or in the food industry preferred - Culinary degree or relevant certification is a bonus,
