Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Chef located in Kochi. The Assistant Chef will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and assisting the head chef in daily kitchen operations. Additional tasks include maintaining kitchen hygiene, conducting quality checks, and ensuring timely food preparation and delivery. The Assistant Chef will also help in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and knowledge of various cuisines
• Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Skills in inventory management and supply ordering
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the food industry is preferred
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
