Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Chef to support our Corporate Chef in day-to-day culinary operations. The role involves preparing multi-cuisine dishes, snacks, starters, and beverages, managing kitchen workflow, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Corporate Chef in preparing meals, snacks, and specialty beverages
• Help manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Support menu planning and presentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Chef or in a corporate kitchen
• Knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking
• Basic beverage/coffee preparation skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Organised, efficient, and disciplined
