Develop gluten-free and cost-effective dishes. Maintain standardized recipes and ensure portion control. 🔪 Kitchen Management: Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations. Monitor food preparation, cooking, and presentation quality. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (FSSAI & HACCP). 👥 Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and lead kitchen staff (chefs, helpers, cleaners). Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff performance. Maintain a positive and disciplined kitchen culture. 📦 Cost & Inventory : Control Estimate raw material requirements and manage procurement.
