Job Purpose

New Product & Services Development

B. Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development Strategy

• Design and implement a roadmap for new products and services that meet emerging market needs and differentiate our cargo offerings.
• Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.

2. Vendor & Partner Management

• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
• Oversee procurement of external services and materials critical to product development.

3. Cross-Functional Integration

• Work closely with Commercial, In-flight Services, Customer Experience, and Operations to ensure product alignment across business units.
• Ensure new offerings enhance the end-to-end customer experience and integrate smoothly with existing cargo services.

4. Team Leadership & Innovation

• Lead a dedicated product development team; mentor, guide, and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and agile development practices.

E. Educational & Experience Requirements

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

• Experience:

• Minimum:

   5–7 years in aviation, with focus on product development

• Preferred:

   10+ years in aviation/commercial sectors with 5+ years in leadership roles developing cargo or service-based products
