Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Head Butcher with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry, specifically with Celebrity Cruises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in butchery and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the butcher shop, ensuring high-quality products and efficient service.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure they meet performance standards.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Butcher or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of meat production, quality control, and food safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to lead by example and motivate others to achieve their best performance.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
